Using faang coding prep
These terms govern the coding-practice app and related services operated by faang coding prep in Rhode Island, United States. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By choosing to use the service, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains data processing and your rights; accepting these terms does not waive privacy rights or replace consent where it is required.
Educational use
The app provides data-structure and algorithm practice, local execution, history and AI-assisted hints. It is an educational aid, not a guarantee of correctness, examination results, interviews, employment or any particular outcome. Verify answers and AI suggestions yourself. faang coding prep is not affiliated with or endorsed by the employers or platforms mentioned in learning materials unless expressly stated.
Free and Pro features
Free practice and Pro features are described in the app. Pro may unlock designated questions and Smart Hint access according to the current feature description and usage rules. Purchase access is granted from verified App Store entitlements, not merely by selecting a plan. Availability can depend on connectivity and the status of external services. Features may change with reasonable notice where required; your statutory and subscription rights remain applicable.
Apple subscriptions
The purchase screen shows the localized price, currency, billing period and any applicable offer before you confirm through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple may charge renewal during the preceding 24 hours. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Restore Purchases checks the Apple account's eligible purchases. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law. Removing the app or deleting app data does not cancel a subscription.
Your work and acceptable use
You retain rights in answers and messages you create. You permit us and our providers to process the content you deliberately send as needed to deliver the requested feature, such as generating a hint or answering support. Do not submit material you lack permission to use, personal or confidential information in coding answers, unlawful content, or content intended to damage or abuse the service. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt services, or use the app to infringe others' rights.
App license and learning materials
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the license to the iOS app. These service terms supplement that license. Learning materials, artwork and software remain subject to the rights of their owners and any applicable open-source or third-party license. Access does not grant permission to redistribute a question catalog or other protected materials. Read the complete Terms of Use (EULA) in Settings or on the subscription screen; no browser is required.
Local storage and deletion
Practice data is stored on your device without cloud practice backup. Uninstalling, resetting or losing the device may permanently remove it. Use the app's history and deletion controls carefully and keep copies of important work. Online deletion can require connectivity and provider processing; its status and limitations are described in the Data Policy.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free educational and AI content. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may restrict abusive use or discontinue features subject to applicable notice, refund and consumer obligations.
Changes and contact
